Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded or cancelled.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
Vh1 Lift Off 2023 (‘Event’) is being held at Mumbai (‘Venue’) tentatively on the 9th & 10th March 2024 (‘Event Dates’) and is being organized by Viacom18 Media Private Limited or it’s affiliates, licensees or service providers (‘Organizers’). Date of events are tentative and are reschedulable at the discretion of the Organizers.
Tickets for the Event are sold by Skillboxes (India) Private Limited (“Skillbox”), who is the ticketing partner for the Event.
Each ticket admits one person only unless otherwise specified on the ticket.
Patrons are urged to buy tickets from legitimate sources only and are advised to check and ensure that their tickets are not fake or photocopied. Original tickets include a barcode or hologram. In case the hologram or the barcode are tampered/damaged with in any manner whatsoever, such tickets may not be accepted and the decision of the Organizer in this regard shall be final.
Patrons must mandatorily carry an original valid government-issued proof (with the date of birth etc. of the patron) (‘ID Proof’).
Re-entry to the Event shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
Tickets will be handed over to patrons at the box office on producing a valid invoice/booking ID and original ID Proof.
Entry shall be permitted to patrons only above the age of 16 years at the date of buying the tickets. In this regard, Organizers reserve the right to check ID Proof of the patron referred to above for proof of age. In the event, any patrons who are below 18 years of age (or age majority in the country of patron’s country or dominion), the patrons shall seek prior approval of their parent and guardians.
Double vaccinated against COVID-19 is mandatory to attend the Event. You may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of your COVID-19 double vaccination at the venue. You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other disease or illness whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Skillbox and the Organizers. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any Patron from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. The venue and Skillbox, Organizers reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
Skillbox and the Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is showing signs of Covid-19 or any other communicable disease including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refuses to wear a mask when required to do so, and/or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event.
In case the event is cancelled for any reason, refund of the net amount (excluding GST amount) shall be issued to all patrons within a reasonable time. No request for a refund in any event or situation, except as mentioned above, shall be entertained including in case of any rescheduling and change in details of Events.
The Organizers reserve the right of admission, even to valid ticket holders for reasons of security, and any other reasons in its sole discretion.
The Organizers may include QR Code wristbands that would be issued at the box office and will enable access to the Event Venue for the Event Dates. Patrons need to wear their wristbands for all day’s Events for which the tickets have been purchased. Patrons are required to retain their wristband and ticket with them at all times during the Event. If a patron is unable to provide the wristband and the ticket on the Organizer’s request, the Organizers reserve the right to remove the patrons from the Event Venue. Patrons over the legal drinking age (LDA) will be provided alcohol upon presentation of appropriate age evidence. On verification of age, LDA bands will be supplied at the venue.
Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
Organizers reserve the right to randomly check patrons for tickets and wristbands.\
Patrons need to ensure not to lose/damage their tickets/wristbands. In case tickets/wristbands are lost/stolen/damaged, no replacements shall be issued. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced, irrespective of the patrons having a ticket.
No access shall be allowed to the Event Venue without a wristband and the corresponding ticket (both to be carried at all times by the Patrons). Duplicate tickets or wristbands will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets and/or wristbands as the case may be.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation aside from other remedies/recourse (civil and/or criminal) that the Organizer may have in law or otherwise.
Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the patron may incur at or around the Event.
Organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on invitees/members of the audience/patrons at the entry point of the Event Venue for security reasons or within the
premises of the Event Venue and on denial for any reason have the right to ask Patrons to leave Venue For B2B transactions or for corporate booking please connect with preshya.sood@viacom18.com
Each Patron is required to provide true and correct information while purchasing the tickets. The Organizer, Skillbox may in its sole discretion decide to have such information verified from a third party agency. The Organizer, Skillbox shall not be liable for any incorrect, misleading or incomplete information provided by the Patron. Each Patron agrees that their information/data will be shared with the Organizers of the Event, Skillbox. Skillbox, Organizers may utilize such information for contacting the Patron for communications regarding the Event. All the information shared with Skillbox, Organizers shall be processed in compliance with the Skillbox, Organizers respective privacy policy and terms of use, user agreement. If any of the Patron wish to exercise their rights under the any applicable law or any law that may come into force, they may go through the respective privacy policy, terms of use, user agreement and approach the Organizers or Skillbox directly as the case may be.
By ticking the marketing and promotional consent, you hereby allow Organizers’, Skillbox (as applicable) and their respective affiliates the right to use, collect, store, the information for marketing and promotional purposes. Organizers, Skillbox (as applicable) may share promotional offers over SMS, E-Mail, WhatsApp and any other mode regarding its events.
In case any of the information provided by you changes, you may approach the Organizers directly to amend the information with the correct information.
You hereby grant the Organizers right to use, in perpetuity, all/any part of the images and/or recording made with your appearance on any mode/medium of broadcast/exhibition anywhere in the world and for any purposes whatsoever.
By purchasing the tickets for the Event, the Privacy Policy, User Agreement on https://www.gosupersonic.in/ and https://www.skillboxes.com/ shall also apply to you and you hereby acknowledge and agree to have read the these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, User Agreement and be bound by the same.
The laws of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES:

Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms/regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider, Organizers, Skillbox and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any Patron from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Patrons are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State.
Use of masks is mandatory and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Skillbox, Organizers reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
Skillbox, Organizers does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
